As part of 10GM’s Workforce Development Programme, they are creating some exciting new opportunities for learning and professional development, designed specifically for people in Greater Manchester’s VCSE sector. From January-June 2024, they are offering a range of flexible leadership learning workshops, as well as the option of more intensive development activities for both leaders and emerging leaders.
VCSE Leadership Development Programme
Does your role involve managing and leading others – either a team or group of people, or a whole organisation?
Are you working within a small or medium-sized VCSE organisation or group within Greater Manchester?
Do you want a safe and nurturing space to reflect, connect, share, and learn with other leaders?
From January-June 2024 we want to bring together a group of people with experience of VCSE management and leadership, to co-design and participate in a series of leadership learning workshops. Both the co-design process and the learning workshop sessions themselves will be facilitated by Kerry Tottingham from A Brilliant Thing CIC.
