One of the key commitments of the Greater Manchester VCSE Accord is to build the best VCSE ecosystem in the country. Local VCSE infrastructure organisations (LIOs) play a key role in delivering the work on this commitment.
This report, on the work of the LIOs over 2023 and 2024, details work from across the ten boroughs of Greater Manchester. It includes examples of how LIOs have pushed forward the Accord in localities and how GM-level strategy discussions have been enhanced with locality insight.
