Invitation to tender: Communications Strategy & Implementation Plan

The Greater Manchester VCSE Leadership Group is looking for a communications professional to produce a communications strategy and an implementation plan for the next five years.

The Leadership Group is a coalition of VCSE service providers, infrastructure organisations and equalities organisations to champion the VCSE sector in Greater Manchester. The group uses its networks and connections to support the inclusion and voice of the wider sector across Greater Manchester. Work is prioritised across a number of themes, including working on behalf of the VCSE sector in GM to deliver the VCSE Accord, a tripartite agreement with Greater Manchester Combined Authority and Greater Manchester Health and Social Care Partnership.

The successful provider will work with Leadership Group members and the VCSE sector in GM to develop a communications strategy to reach and influence two key audience groups around a set of strategic goals that will support delivery of the VCSE Accord and the aims of the Leadership Group.

It is anticipated that the work will take 6 months to complete, with the following outputs:

• Stakeholder workshop(s)
• Communications strategy
• Website and software brief
• Implementation plan
